Since 2006 under the leadership of President Rodolfo Medina, we are the largest Brazilian agency with 100% national capital, acting as a hub for communication solutions to its clients. We are comprised of approximately 390 employees, with offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro (both led by partner and CEO Antonio Fadiga) and Brasília (with Duda Moncalvo in the General Management).In 2019, we rose from the tenth to the sixth position in the Agency Ranking, of Kantar Ibope Media. Evaluated in fourth place as Agency of the Year by the advertising market (Scopen 2018/2019), we have gained prominence in the leadership of New Business in the last five years. In addition, we have been certified, five times, by Great Place to Work, as one of the best companies to work for, and considered, by Campaign US magazine, one of the ten sexiest independent creative agencies in Latin America.

To ensure that our principles are never tarnished, we created Artplan’s Corporate Integrity Program, assisted by KPMG – a practical way to publicize our values and enlighten employees and third parties.
This program is formed by the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Ethics Line, Policies, Compliance Management and Ethics Committee. And it generates a set of processes and procedures that ensure strict compliance with the Anti-Corruption Law.
