About us

Since 2006, under the leadership of President Rodolfo Medina, we are the largest Brazilian agency with 100% national capital, acting as a communication solutions hub to our clients. We are approximately 390 collaborators, with offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro (both led by partner and CEO Antonio Fadiga) and Brasilia (with Duda Moncalvo in the Managing Director position). In 2019, we jumped from the tenth to the sixth position in the Agency Ranking of Kantar Ibope Media. Evaluated in the fourth place as Agency of the Year by the advertising market (Scopen 2018/2019), we have gained prominence in the leadership of New Businesses in the last five years. In addition, we have been certified five times by Great Place to Work as one of the best companies to work for, and considered, by Campaign US magazine, one of the ten sexiest independent creative agencies in Latin America.

To ensure that our principles are never scratched, we have created Artplan’s Corporate Integrity Program, assisted by KPMG – a practical way to publicize our values ​​and enlighten collaborators and third parties.

This program consists of the Code of Ethics and ConductEthics Guidelines, Policies, Compliance Management and the Ethics Committee. And, it generates a set of processes and procedures that ensure strict compliance with the Anti-Corruption Law.
